Rosemary Wood Fishery
Located between Liverpool and Southport in the Northwest of England, Rosemary Wood Fishery is a commercial Carp fishery providing great sport for day-ticket and match anglers alike.
The Fishery consists of two lakes; Moss Lake which is approximately 5 acres and having 50 pegs and the smaller Island Pool at 3 acres with 41 pegs.
Although primarily a Carp fishery, Rosemary Wood provides the angler with the challenge of a number of other species including Bream, Roach, Ide, Tench, Chub, Perch, Orfe and Pike.

Rosemary Wood is open from 7:00am, (7.30am on Sundays), until sunset and day tickets are available on the bank so why not join us for some of the best fishing in the North West. Recent catches include Common Carp to 28lb, Mirror Carp to 29lb-12oz, Ghost Carp to 18lb, Tench to 6lb, Bream to 5lb and Chub to 5lb. With the right tactics in the right conditions it’s possible to put together a bag of 100lb+ of fish in just a few hours!
All of the pegs on each lake are within easy reach of the car parks and on Moss Lake you can even drive right up to most of them. 2014 has been a bumper year for big fish there have been loads of 20lb plus fish caught, with two fish out in July, weighing 26lb 10oz and a 24lb 8oz fish taken in one session on Moss Lake
